- 2 cups shredded Cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
