New-Style Lasagna

- 12 low-carbohydrate lasagna noodles, such as Dreamfields
- 5 cups Paul Sorvino Foods marinara sauce, or preferred brand
- 1 15-oz. container fat-free ricotta
- 2 cups shredded, part-skim mozzarella (packaged, not fresh)
Rosemary and Lavender Marinated Olives

Mix all the ingredients together and marinate in the refrigerator at least overnight and up to two weeks
- 4 cups cured olives of your choice
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender
- 3 or 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Freshly grated zest of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves peeled garlic
- 1/4 cup high quality extra-virgin olive oil

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

- Pinch ground cloves
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- Pinch salt
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup flaked unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter

Cranberry Gingerbread Muffins

- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed and quartered
Breakfast Granola

Preheat oven to 325F. Combine oats, oil, vanilla and honey
- 8 cups whole oats
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup each almonds, walnuts and pecans
- 1/2 cup each raisins, cranberries and other dried fruit
Apple-Cranberry Crisp Pie

Heat oven to 425 F. Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust filled pie using 9-inch pie pan
- Crust:
- 1 refrigerated pie crust (from 15 ounce package), softened as directed on package
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 to 6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples (4 medium)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes
