  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • Chocolate Guinness Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup Guinness draught stout
  • 4 tbsp light or dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Chocolate Ganache Glaze:
  • 10 ounces (1 1/4 cups) heavy whipping cream
