- 1 (12 ounce) package (or 1 3/4 cups) M&M's semisweet or milk chocolate mini baking bits
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped nuts

- 2 large whole eggs
- Mousse:
- 2 cups chilled heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 pound Ghirardelli Intense Dark Espresso Escape 60 percent Cacao Chocolate
- Frosting:
- 6 ounces Ghirardelli Bittersweet 60 percent Cacao Premium Baking Chips
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- Garnish:
- Chocolate-covered espresso beans
