Preheat oven to 350 F. Oil 2 baking sheets
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 cup safflower oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
Triple-Decker Treats

Blend first six ingredients together forming crumb mixture
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup bran
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup warm water (or whey)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups any combination of chopped dried fruit
Portable Apple and Cheese Pleasers

Combine flour, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in large bowl; mix well
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- Topping:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup oats (see above)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Filling:
- 8 pears, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) package frozen or fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
