Deviled Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 8 red-skinned potatoes, about 2 inches in diameter
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon relish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill, plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- Smoked paprika, for dusting
Peanut Butter Brownies

Heat oven to 325°F. Grease bottom only of 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray
- 1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting (from 16 oz container)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 to 2 teaspoons milk
Shrimp Cakes

In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise with the hot sauce
- 1 /2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 pound shelled and deveined shrimp, chopped
- 3 /4 cup panko
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped scallions
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 3 /4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 /2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 /4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Santa Cheese & Crackers

- 2 piping bags, one fitted with a star tip and one fitted with a round tip
- 1 container whipped cream cheese
- A paring knife
- 1 container grape tomatoes

- 1/2 cup stout beer
- 1 box (6-serving size) chocolate pudding and pie filling mix (not instant)

- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
