Sweet and Sticky Caramel-Hazelnut Rolls

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 2 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped

- 12 ounces Gruyere cheese, grated
- 8 ounces Emmental or other imported Swiss cheese, grated

- 1 1/4 cups dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated or minced
