Broccoli/Cauliflower Tot Chicken Pizza

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- Olive oil, for brushing
- One 16-ounce bag frozen broccoli tots, defrosted
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets, defrosted and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- for Cauliflower Tot pizza use pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Classic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Lemon Pecan Slab Pie

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Nonstick cooking spray, for the baking sheet
- Two 14.1-ounce boxes refrigerated pie crust (4 crusts total)
- 2 cups firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest plus 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans plus 3 cups pecan halves
Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf
