Eggnog cake

Mix all ingredients well and put into prepared bundt pan and bake 350 degrees 50 to 60 minutes
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cu oil
- 1.5 cups eggnog
- 2 eggs
- 1/5 cups chopped pecans
- 1 t nutmeg
- 1 t mace
- 2 T rum

Directions Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounces peppermint schnapps
- 1/2 ounces white creme de cacao
Salmon and Vegetable Stir-Fry on sheet pan

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- 2 cups snow peas, ends trimmed
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrot rounds
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 heads baby bok choy, leaves separated, stems thinly sliced

- 1 pound 6 ounces (5 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into tablespoon-size pieces, room temperature

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoons of salt and some olive oil

- 1 yellow or orange bell peppers, seeded and small-diced

Crab & Ricotta Cannelloni

- BECHAMEL SAUCE:
- 1 (8-ounce) box cannelloni or manicotti pasta, about 12 shells
