Triple Chocolate Fudge

Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over sides of pan; grease foil
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (12-oz.) can (1 1/2 cups) evaporated milk
- 4 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz. sweet baking chocolate, cut into pieces
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- Colored sugar, if desired
Curried Meatballs

Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly brush a rimmed baking sheet with oil
- Olive oil
- 6 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 jalapeños, seeds removed if desired
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 1-inch piece ginger, peeled, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 pounds ground beef (20% fat)
- 1 large egg, beaten to blend
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 10 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 1 1/2-inch piece ginger, peeled, chopped
- 3 dried chiles de árbol
- 4 teaspoons curry powder

Slow-Cooker Turkey Tetrazzini

Lightly spray bottom and sides of a slow cooker with cooking spray
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey breast
- 2 cups broken uncooked spaghetti noodles
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimientos
- 1 (4.5 oz) jar Green Giant™ sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Pinch nutmeg

Icelandic Ponnokukur pancake crepe

In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cardamom and nutmeg and set aside
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk, plus more as needed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Asian pork chops

mix all ingredients and place pork chops or tenderloin in marinate and marinate up to 2 hours before grilling

- 1 cup teriyaki sauce

- 1 3/4 cups pearl couscous
- 2 cups packed basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups shredded chicken breast
- 1 pkg (10.5 oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces smoked mozzarella, cubed
