  • 3 green onions, white and green, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup thinly sliced (on the diagonal) sugar snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons each, chopped: cilantro, basil 1 lime, cut into wedges
