  • Below are the ingredients that you will need to make the spaghetti meat sauce.
  • Ingredients for
  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 3 or 4 fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 4 to 6 oz of sliced black olives
  • 2 14 oz. cans of Italian diced tomatoes
  • 1 14 oz. can of tomato sauce
  • 1 6 oz can of tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup of beef broth
  • 1/4 cup of a decent red wine
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (a clove of crushed garlic would be best)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • NO SALT, the black olives and canned tomatoes will add plenty.
  • 1 pound of good Spaghetti Pasta
