Ham and Bean Stew

In slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well
- 2 cans (16 oz.) baked beans
- 2 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 c. fully cooked ham, cubed
- 1/2 c. water
- In slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours until potatoes are tender.
Scalloped Potatoes

Slice potatoes in bottom of roaster pan; add flour, salt, pepper, and butter slices

Cheesy Corn Bake

Melt butter; add flour and blend
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. whole corn
- Salt; pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. diced American cheese
Fruit Pizza

Mix well; add 2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp
- Crust:
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
Chex Party Mix

Melt butter in open roasting pan in preheated 250 oven
- 1/4 c. butter
- 5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 2/3 c. Corn Chex cereal
- 2 2/3 c. Rice Chex cereal
- 2 2/3 c. Wheat Chex cereal
- 1 c. mixed nuts
- 1 c. stick pretzels
Strawberry Punch

In punchbowl, combine first 4 ingredients
- 1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice, chilled
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 1 can (6 oz.) frozen pink lemonade, thawed
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 qt. strawberry ice cream
- 2 1/2 qt. ginger ale, chilled
Sour Cream Brownies

In medium saucepan, combine water, 1 c
- Frosting:
- 1 c. water
- 3 T. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (8oz) carton sour cream
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 T. unsweetened cocoa
Cream Puff Dessert

Can double crust and bake longer in 9x13 pan
- Filling:
- Boil 1/2 c. butter or margarine and 1 c. water. Add 1 c. flour and 3 or 4 eggs one at a time, beating after each. Bake 20-25 min. at 425 in greased 9x9 pan.
- 2 sm. Pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 c. milk
- top with 8 oz. Cool Whip
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup
- Can double crust and bake longer in 9x13 pan.
Fruit Medley

Mix together
- 1 can peach pie filling
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
- 2 bananas
- Mix together.
Raindrop Raspberry Tea

In lg. saucepan, bring 4 c
- 4 c. water
- 6 individual tea bags
- 3/4-1 c. sugar
- 4 c. cold water
- 1 c. raspberry juice blend concentrate
- In lg. saucepan, bring 4 c. water to boil. Remove from heat; add tea bags. Cover and steep 5 min. Discard bags. Stir in sugar. Add cold water and juice concentrate; mix well. Serve over ice.
