Giant Ice Cream Sandwich

Prepare brownies, add chocolate chips to batter; put in greased round pans
- Chocolate Sauce:
- 2 pkg. brownie mix (8" square pan)
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 c. vanilla ice cream softened
- 1/2 c. English toffee bits
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. butter--no substitute
- 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Reese's Bars

Over low heat, melt butter and 1 c
- 1 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 T. peanut butter
French Vanilla Ice Cream

Then add: 1 1/2 c. half and half 2 T
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. 2% milk
- Cook until bubbles form around edge of pan. Cool until room temperature before adding below ingredients.
Homemade Ice Cream

In med. Saucepan, beat together eggs, milk, sugar and honey
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2-3 Tsp. honey
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1 T. vanilla
- Crushed ice
- Rock salt
Quick Zucchini Bread

Grease and flour 3 (8x4x2 1/2) pans
- Add:
- Beat 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil (or applesauce)
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 cups peeled and grated zucchini
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- Beat again. In separate bowl
- 3 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- Add to first mixture
Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting

Bring to boil for 1 1/2 min
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine
- Bring to boil for 1 1/2 min. or longer. Remove and add 1/2 c. chocolate chips and a handful of miniature marshmallows and vanilla. Stir.
Three Cheese and Beef

Brown hamburger and add spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, and water
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 can/jar Spaghetti sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits (10)
- 3 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (12 oz.) ctn. Cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 T. parsley flakes
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Raisin Bran Muffins

Beat eggs, oil, and buttermilk
- 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
- 5 c. flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- Beat eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Add to dry ingredients. Batter keeps 6 weeks in refrigerator. Fill muffin tins half full. Bake at 350 for 15-25 min.
Lemon Bars

Mix 4 eggs, 5 T. lemon juice, 2 c
- Mix together 2 c. flour, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, and 1 c. butter or margarine. Pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Snicker Candy Bars

Boil sugar, milk, and butter 5 minutes
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. butterscotch chips
- Melt and spread in buttered 9x13 pan. Freeze.
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. peanuts
