Picnic Brownies

Melt butter, add cocoa. Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla, flour, baking powder
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 3/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. chocolate chips, divided
- 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Triple Layer Chocolate Bars

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, 1/4 c
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. cocoa, divided
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (14oz) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
Carrot Casserole

Mix all in casserole, crackers on top
- 4 c. cooked carrots, bite size
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
- Mix all in casserole, crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Appetizer Salad

Mix cream cheese and sour cream together
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- Salsa
- cheese
- lettuce
- tomatoes
- tortilla chips
Peanut Butter Bars

Mix first four ingredients and spread in pan
- 1 lb. powdered sugar (3 1/2 c.)
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. graham crackers, crushed
- 1 c. chocolate chips, melted
Cottage Cheese Salad

Fold together
- 1 regular box cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. dry orange jello
- Pour over top and mix well.
- Strain fruit cocktail and crushed pineapple.
- Mix with cottage cheese mixture.
- 8 oz. Cool whip
- Fold together.
Easy Tiramisu Pie

Arrange 36 of the wafers on bottom and up the side of 9-in pie plate
- 48 NILLA wafers, divided
- 1/4 c brewed strong coffee, cooled, divided
- 4 oz cream cheese, soft
- 1-1/2 c cold milk
- 1 pkg vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 c thawed french vanilla cool whip
- 1 square semi-sweet baking chocolate, grated
Cream Puffs

Drop on greased cookie sheets and bake 10 min
- Dough:
- 1 c. hot water
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- Boil this all together.
- Stir in:
- 1 c. flour while boiling
- Let cool.
- Add 3 eggs
- Filling for Cream Puffs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 T. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cook until thick.
Zippy Baked Chicken Tenders

- 2 T Newman's Own Light Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
