Prepare stuffing mix according to pkg directions; spoon into greased baking pan or casserole
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 C sour cream
- 3 C cubed cooked chicken
- sharp cheddar cheese
Pumpkin Pancakes

- 1/4 canned pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 1 C milk
- 1 C flour
- 1-2 T sugar
- 2 t. b powder
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
- pinch nutmeg

LAYER spinach, 1 cup of the cheese, the mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and peas in 3-qt
- 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small red onion, sliced, separated into rings
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed, drained
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
Whole Wheat Raisin Bread

Whole Wheat Raisin Bread
- 3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water (I heat it in glass measuring cup in microwave for 1 minute)
- 1/2 cup oil (I used coconut oil)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup raisins

Dough to Oven Version 1.If you are going to toast the add-ins, do that first
- Makes one 2-pound loaf or two 1-pound loaves
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons butter, margarine or canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (not instant)
- 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rapid or instant yeast
- Add-ins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup crushed walnuts
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Optional Topping
- A handful of rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or sesame seeds
- Optional step for enhanced flavor: pan toast the first four add-ins for just a few minutes in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toss or stir frequently to prevent burning.
Crockpot Maple Glazed Boneless Pork Ribs

Season ribs with salt, pepper and onion powder
- for glaze:
- 2-3 lbs of boneless pork ribs
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp liquid aminos or liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp dry mustard
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1/4 c cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Whole Wheat Cookie Cake

Instructions 1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/4 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick cold butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk (whole milk always recommended)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips or a combination of chocolate chips, nuts and/or Unreal M&M knockoffs
- Homemade whipped cream and berries (optional) for decorating

Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Combine all ingredients and pour into pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 C + 2 T sigar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- 3/4 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t cloves
- 1 1/2 C (12 oz) sour cream
- 1/1 /2 C raisins

Yogurt Streusel Muffins

1. Make struesel; In bowl, mix streusel ingredients and pinch together in large crumbs
- Streusel:
- 2/3 C pecans, chopped
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 2 T butter, melted
- Muffins:
- 2 C flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t salt
- 4 T butter, melted and cooled
- 2/3 C sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 C plain lowfat yogurt

- 1 15 Oz can chickpeas
- 4 T tahini
- 1/3 C lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 t salt
