Makes 16 cookies, 15 minutes to prep and 18 minutes to bake
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Chocolate Peppermint Cookies

- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate broken up
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 4 ounces of white chocolate broken up
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup crushed candy canes
Gingerbread Cookies

- 3 3/4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons ground cloves
- 3 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- 2 * 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 * 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 * 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 2 * 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/4 * 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 * 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 to 3 * 2 to 3 cups tiny marshmallows

- 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, chopped, thawed, excess liquid squeezed out
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar (26 ounces) chunky pasta sauce
- 14 manicotti shells (Ronzoni)
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozarella cheese
- Grated parmesan cheese to garnish
Four-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

- kosher salt to taste
- 8 ounces hollow pasta (elbow macaroni or shells)
- 3 slices crustless white bread
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 shallots minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 10 ounces grated sharp white cheddar (4 cups)
- 10 ounces grated Gruyere (about 4 cups)
- 6 ounces velveeta (1 1/2 cups cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
- 1 ounce blue cheese, crumbled (1/4 cup)
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Roasted Butternut Squash
- 1 butternut squash
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 2 tbs olive oil
- Risotto
- 2 C uncooked Arborio rice
- 4 Tbs olive oil
- 1/2 C chopped celery
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1/4 C dry white wine
- 4 C vegetable stock (I usually use more)
- 1/2 C crème fraiche (optional)
- 1/2 C grated parmesan (optional)

- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated orange zest
- 2 large navel oranges, sectioned
- 2 kiwis, peeled, halved and sliced
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 Red Delicious apple, cored and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 large pear, cored and cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)

- 2 cups spaghetti sauce

- 1 * 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 * 2 medium yellow onions, diced
- 3/4 * 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 * 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 4 * 4 eggs
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 8 * 8 ounces Gruyere, grated
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 * 1 store-bought frozen piecrust in a tin
