  • 2 cups canned pumpkin (1 small can)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp each cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg (or 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice)
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 3.5 cups flour (or 437.5 grams, if, like me, you can never remember which way you're really supposed to measure flour!)
