Bacon, Pineapple, Chicken Kabobs

- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
- 1 large pineapple, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 large red bell peppers, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 large onion, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 12 strips of thick cut bacon
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 long skewers
Chocolate Mint Bars

This is made in 2 steps, bottom layer needs to cool before completing
- BOTTOM LAYER:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup butter Melted
- 2 TBL Water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 16 oz can chocolate syrup
- Cooking spray
- MINT LAYER:
- 2 Cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 2 TBL fat-free milk
- 1/2 tsp. Peppermint extract
- 2 drops green food coloring
- GLAZE:
- 3/4 Cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 TBL Butter
Round Steak Italiano

Cut steak into 5 or 6 serving size pieces
- 1 1/2 pounds round steak
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon peper
- 1 15.5 oz jar , Spaghetti sauce w/ mushrooms
- 1 16 oz can , small onions, drained
Corned Beef Hot Dip

Preheat oven to 350. Cream cheese and milk, stir in beef
- Topping:
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 3 oz package Dried corn beef, cut finely
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Prepare both cake mixes according to the box directions
- 1 box Betty Crocker Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 box Betty Crocker White Cake Mix
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups pink peppermint baking chips
- 2 cans Betty Crocker Vanilla Frosting
- 1 7oz jar marshmallow fluff
- 1 bottle pink food coloring
- 15 mini candy canes

- 1 cup raisins
- Combine & let stand about 1 hour.
