  • 1 lb. peeled tomatoes with juice -14-oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves – garnis
