  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • FROSTING
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
