- Salad
- 1 small head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 cup julienned jicama
- 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 3/4 cup toasted coconut*

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 (6-oz) package Martha White Buttermilk Cornbread & Muffin Mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2-oz (1/8 pound) deli ham, sliced medium, and chopped
- 2-oz (1/8 pound) deli turkey, sliced medium, and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped, cooked bacon
- 2 Tbsp honey mustard dressing
- 1/4 tsp onion powder

- 1 1/2 teaspoons Copycat Carrabba's Grill Seasoning
