Portobello Baked Eggs with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 400F. Remove the stems from the mushroom caps and scrape out the gills with a spoon
- 2 Portobello Mushroom Caps (3 1/2″ in diameter)
- 3 ounces Soft Goat Cheese
- 4 Sun-dried Tomatoes, diced (8g)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 dashes salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- 2 torn Basil leaves for garnish
Chicken Enchiladas

1. Preheat the oven to 375°
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bunch Swiss chard, roughly chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon chile powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Two 12-ounce cans green enchilada sauce or salsa verde
- 12 medium flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
- Sour cream, for garnish
Peanut Butter Blossoms

1. Preheat oven to 375°F
- Cream together:
- 1 3/4 C Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Shortening or Butter
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Ea. Eggs
- 2 Tbs. Milk
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 48 Ea. Chocolate Candy Kisses
Vanilla Pumpkin Pudding

The key ingredient in this delicious meal is canned pumpkin, which is low in calories, high in fiber, and bursting
- 6 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt (Greek or traditional)
- 1/3 cup 100% pumpkin puree (no added sugar)
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon toasted chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts or pecans), optional
Chinese Cole Slaw

Toast sesame seeds and slivered almonds in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
- Dressing:
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 head shredded cabbage
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 pkg. Chicken Ramen noodles, crushed
- Option: cooked cut up chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Seasoning pkt. from Ramen noodles
Buckeye's Peanut Butter Balls

In the bowl of a mixer, beat peanut butter and butter
- 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound (4 cups) powdered sugar
- 16 ounces semi sweet chocolate (you can use chocolate chips or your favorite brand of dark chocolate)
- 1/4 cup shaved paraffin wax.
doTERRA DIY Shaving Cream & After Shave

- What you’ll need:
- For Shaving Cream
- 1/3 cup Shea butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 30 drops essential oils of your choice {see below for recipe ideas}
- For Aftershave
- 1-1/2 ounces distilled water
- 1-1/2 ounces witch hazel or other hydrosol
- 1 tsp vegetable glycerine
- 3-5 drops vitamin E {optional, as preservative}
- 12 drops essential oils {see below for recipe ideas}
Carrot Cake in A Mug

Pour into 2 coffee mugs. Microwave for two minutes to start
- Frosting:
- Soften one tablespoon of butter and one ounce of cream cheese in the microwave for ten seconds. Stir in half a cup of powdered sugar to combine. Put it in the fridge while you make your cake.
- Cake:
- In a measuring cup add the following ingredients in this order:
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbls cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- Mix together. Fold in 3/4 cup shredded carrot and, if desired, 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
PUMPKIN PECAN COBBLER

- topping:
- 1 cup + 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups very hot water
