Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

In a large bowl, combine the sugar, butter, cream cheese, salt, ALMOND and VANILLA EXTRACTS and the egg yolk
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup butter, softened (2 sticks)
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened (reduced fat works well)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. PURE ALMOND EXTRACT
- 1/2 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1 egg yolk
- 21/4 Cups all-purpose flour
- colored sugar, VANILLA SUGAR or CINNAMON SUGAR
Apple & Brie Turnovers

Preheat the over to 400 degrees and spray a large cookie sheet
- 5-7 small Granny Smith apples (or any other baking apples of your choice)
- 3 Tbsp of lemon juice ( I like to use Real Lemon)
- 2 Tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp of flour
- 1 box of Puff Pastry (Sure you can make it if you want, but Pepperidge Farm makes a mean box of the stuff.)
- 1 8 oz. wheel of brie
EASY MAYONNAISE ROLLS

- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing (can use either)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 2 cups finely ground graham crackers (from about 15 rectangles)
- 3 cups (10 ounces) finely shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (3 ounces) milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 5 eggs
- 12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

Italian No Bake Cake

Layer the bottom of dish with Vanilla Wafers
- 1 Box of Vanilla Wafers
- 1 Can of Crushed Pineapples with Juice (15oz)
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk( small can)
- 1 medium package of coconut
- 1 (8oz) Container Cool Whip
- 1 small jar of cherries
- 1 cup of pecans (optional)
