- 1-1/2 CUPS MILK
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 1-1/2 CUPS COCONUT
- 8 OUNCES COOL WHIP

In a small bowl, combine the oil, BUTTERMILK RANCH, LEMON PEPPER, GARLIC and DILL WEED
- 1 Cup canola oil (originally the recipe called for 1-1/2 Cups; but 1 Cup worked quite well)
- 2-3 TB. BUTTERMILK RANCH DRESSING MIX
- 1-1/2 TB. LEMON PEPPER (or 1 TB. SUNNY SPAIN SEASONING if you want to reduce sodium)
- 1/4 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER
- 1/4 tsp. DILL WEED
- 2 9-oz. bags oyster crackers

- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c butter or margarine-one stick
- 3 ripe bananas-very ripe is great, mashed
- 2 eggs-beaten
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c nuts chopped-pecans or walnuts

- For the cookies:

- 3 cups shredded sweetened coconut

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs 1 at a time Mix in milk and lemon rind
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 lemon zested
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese cut into little chunks.

- TOPPING
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- 1/4 sugar
- 2 Tbsp buttermilk
- 1/2 c confectioners' sugar
