Frosty Almond Raspberry Squares

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped Blue Diamond almonds (I used Honey Roasted Vanilla)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 cups raspberries (I use fresh)
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Perfect Hot Chocolate

Drinking chocolate this is not
- 1 ounce semisweet or dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional, to taste)
- 1 pinch salt
Banana Split Lasagna

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish; set aside
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons + 3 1/2 cups cold milk, divided
- 16 ounces Cool Whip topping, divided
- 1 (23-ounce) container of frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained well
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 2 (3.4 ounce) boxes of banana cream pudding instant pudding
- Chocolate syrup
- Maraschino cherries (optional, but encouraged!)
- Nuts (optional)
Caramel Apple Dump Cake

In a greased 9x13 dish, mix caramel and apples together You may add 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cans of apple pie filling
- 1/2 c caramel sauce (like you would put on ice cream)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 stick melted butter (1 cup)
- 1/2 c chopped pecans (optional)
Sweet Potato Casserole

Boil potatoes until done. Peel and place in colander ( I usually peel under cool running water)
- 6 medium size sweet potatoes
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 eggs-well beaten
- 1 cup of sugar (or sweeten to taste)
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tps vanilla extract
- 2 TBS flour
- Topping
- In small saucepan add the following ingredients
- MIX OVER LOW HEAT
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 TBS flour
- pinch of cinnamon

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
