Combine pepper, vinegar, sugar and bring to rolling boil
- 4 c chopped green pepper (8, 12, 16)
- 1/4 c jalapeno, chopped (1/2, 1, 1 1/4)
- 1 1/2 c apple cider vinegar (3, 4 1/2, 6)
- 6 c sugar (12, 16, 20)
- 6 oz Certo (6, 9, 12)
Crab Cakes

Liberty Tree Tavern
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 2 T mustard
- 2 T sour cream
- 1 tsp celery
- 1 tsp onion
- 1/2 tsp white wine Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 oz Tabasco
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz bread crumbs
- 8 oz crab meat.
CARAMEL-FUDGE CHOCOLATE CAKE

Prepare cake and add chocolate chips
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 c + chocolate chips
- 1/2 c toffee bits
- 1 jar caramel topping, warmed
- 1 jar hot fudge topping, warmed
CHICKEN CACCIATORE

Skin and bone chicken. Then brown in oil
- 1 1/2 lb chicken
- 1 tsp thyme
- 14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 medium onion
- 10 dashes salt & pepper
- 4 T oil
- 6 oz mushrooms
- 4 oz water
- bay leaf
Cream Cheese Icing

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 c 10X sugar
COCA-COLA CAKE

Stir flour, sugar, baking soda & salt
- 2 c flour
- 1 c butter or marg
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c Coca-Cola
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 1/2 c mini marshmallows
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
SWEET & SOUR MEATLOAF

Mix together beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 c dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Tortilla Pinwheels

In a bowl cream together the cream cheese and sour cream
- 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 - 1 ounce package dry Ranch dressing mix
- 1 C chunky salsa (I used black bean and corn salsa)
- 2 C shredded Cheddar cheese
- 10 - 10 " flour tortillas
- optional - thinly shaved ham or turkey
SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE (Bob Wilson)

Beat all. Pour into 2 quart casserole
- 3 c sweet potatoes (24 oz and 40 oz)
- 1/3 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c melted margarine

- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 Egg White
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Water
- 8 cups Pecan halves
