PEACHES & CREAM PIE

Mix above ingredients and pour into 10” greased pie pan
- 3/4 c flour
- 3 T butter
- 3 1/4 oz vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1/2 tsp salt
CHERRY PUDDING (Mother’s)

Mix the above. Cook ¾ c sugar and 1 c water 5 minutes
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 T sugar
- 3 T shortening
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 to 1/2 c milk
HOTEL HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE

Heat 1 ½ c milk and sugar in 1 quart saucepan
- 9 ” baked pastry shell
- 2 1/2 c milk, divided
- 1 c sugar
- 3 T flour
- 5 T cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 T butter
Dana's egg fried rice

Beat cream cheese and butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 10 X sugar
Pineapple Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 375°. Season chicken with salt and pepper
- 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lb.)
- Kosher salt
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan
- small can pineapple rounds
Stuffed Peppers

Remove tops and seeds from peppers, parboil peppers for 5 minutes and drain
- 6 medium green peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 box Rice-a-Roni, Spanish flavor
- 16 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 14.5 oz can tomatoes
- 1 c shredded cheddar
BBQ

Brown hamburger. Chop carrots, celery & onions very fine
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 c ketchup
- 3 medium onion
- 2 T mustard
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 T vinegar
- 4 stalks celery w/ tops
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 10 T+ dark brown sugar
