Crab Dip

Place cream cheese, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise in mixer bowl
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 6 1/2 oz can crab, flaked
- 1 T lemon juice
- 3 T chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
BAKED SALMON (MOTHER’S)

Top with white sauce: Heat 1 T margarine over low heat

HOT CRAB DIP

Mix in mixer except crab (and save ½ of cheddar cheese) Fold in crab
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 T Old Bay
- 2-8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 c sour cream
- 3 shakes garlic salt
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese
- 3 T mayonnaise
- 1 T Worcestershire
Chocolate Magic Cake

Preheat oven to 325 F degrees
- 4 eggs, at room temperature and separated
- 1 tbsp water
- 3/4 cup sugar (150 g)
- 1 stick of butter (125 g), melted
- 6.5 tbsp all purpose flour (65 g)
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder (50 g)
- 2 cups milk (500 ml), warmed up
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vinegar
MARTHA STEWART MAC AND CHEESE

Melt 6 T butter – stir in ½ c flour, cook
- Topping: Melt 2 T butter and drizzle over 6 slices white bread cut in pieces (no crust)
MACARONI SALAD (Aunt Mary)

- 1 c water
- 1/2 c vinegar (scant)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 T corn starch
Chocolate Coated Brittle

1. Butter a 16X12in baking sheet
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter, cut up
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 tsp baking soda
- melted chocolate (approximately half of an 11.5oz bag chocolate chips, more or less per preference)
- crushed peanuts

Pancit (Pina's)

Cut up all vegetables. Cook chicken with 1 T oil
- 1 pack family cantoon noodles (9.4181 oz)
- 1 pack Bihon noodles 8 oz.
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 large onion
- 5 T soy sauce, divided

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 10 oz green beans
- 1/4 head of cabbage
- 4 T cooking oil, divided
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c water
MOTHER’S LETTUCE AND EGG SALAD
