JAN’S IRISH POTATOES

Roll up jelly-roll style. Brush with ½ lb melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar
- 1 loaf of bread (remove crusts) and roll with rolling pin
- Spread with 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 c sugar, egg yolk, 1/2 tsp vanilla
MISSISSIPPI MUD

- 16 oz Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 large package instant chocolate pudding
- 2 2/3 c milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip

½ recipe: 1 c butter ¾ c peanut butter ½ c graham cracker crumbs 1 ¼ box 10X sugar
- Melt and add:
- 2 c butter
- 1 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 2 1/2 boxes 10X sugar
Mashed Potato Pie

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add in the cottage cheese and sour cream
- 2 C. leftover mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C. cottage cheese
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 T. bacon bits
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 C. shredded cheddar jack cheese
MOTHER’S PEACH PIE

Combine and barely boil Mix 2 heaping T of corn starch mixed in ½ c water and stir into peaches

- Beat 3 eggs at high speed. Add 1 c sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2/3 c pumpkin
