Shake "N Bake Brussels Sprouts and Bacon

Heat oven to 425. Cook and stir bacon n a large skillet on medium heat until crisp
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
- 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 pkg. Shake "N Bake Chicken Coating Mix
Chicken Enchilada Chili

In a large Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 (32 oz.) carton chicken broth
- 2 (15 oz.) cans green enchilada sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
- 2 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbs0p. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- Garnish: sliced green onion
Best Spanish Rice

Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chunky salsa
Better Than Sex Salad

- 1 can fruit cocktail (15 oz.), drained
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 2 sliced bananas
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

- 2 cups coconut
- 2 cups chopped almonds

- 1/2 cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil.
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Pecan Praline French Toast

- 1 cup milk
