Easy to prepare, this Shrimp Scampi is made without wine
- 1 pound uncooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
- Pasta of your choice, preferably angel hair pasta, prepared
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 3 to 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 cup of minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
