- 1 lb Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 extra large Egg
- 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley,1 lb Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated for garnish)
