- Ingredients:
- Dressing:
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 1/2 teaspoons kosher or coarse-grained salt
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 cup olive or vegetable oil (depending on your preference)
- 1 generous pinch dried oregano
- Salad:
- 5 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 5 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 3 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
- 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 about 1/2 cup vegetable oil (for cooking the prosciutto)
Garlic Angel Hair Pasta****

-Cook pasta according to package directions, drop garlic cloves in with pasta

- 2 cloves garlic sliced in half
- 1/2 stick butter cubed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt

- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar.

- 2 cups corn kernels (thawed and drained if frozen)
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 4 ounces feta, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- note-I also make this w/ avocado instead of cucumber,omit the oregano and add fresh lime when dressing the salad.

- ice cubes
- 6 T rock salt
- 1 pint size zip loc bag
- 1 gallon size zip loc bag

Dill Potato Salad w/ Feta****

- 2 # red potatoes, unpeeled, cooked and cooled
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 3 Tb chopped fresh dill(1 Tb dried)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cucumber- cut in half, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- 4 oz feta
Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce

- 4 ts rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup

- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
