- Ingredients in original recipe, but we consider them optional & unnecessary:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (10 to 12 ounces) white baking chips
- 2 jars (3-1/4 ounces each) macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely crushed peanut brittle

- 2 cups Golden or brown flax seed.
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 2 TBS baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Bread Recipes:
- Pizza crust:
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 TBS coconut oil
- 3 TBS water
- 3 TBS quick mix
- Spices and herbs to taste (optional)
- English Muffin:
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 TBS quick mix
- Add dehydrated onion, garlic powder etc. to taste
THM-S Quick Mix Waffles & Pancakes with Coconut Flour

- Quick Mix Master:
- 2 cups Golden or brown flax seed.
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 2 TBS baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Waffles:
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- dash of vanilla
- 4 TBS quick mix (or 3 TBS + 1 TBS cocoa powder)
- 1/4 of a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon stevia (1/16)
- Cinnamon or vanilla or other flavors you might want to add.
- Pancakes:
- 1 Eggs beaten
- 1 TBS coconut oil
- 4 TBS water
- 3 TBS quick mix (or 2 TBS + 1 TBS cocoa powder)
- 1/4 of a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon stevia (1/16)
- Cinnamon or vanilla or other flavors you might want to add.
- Any type of FP fruit (optional)
Thousand Island Dressing

Whisk all ingredients together in medium bowl or in jar
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Pickle Relish
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

- Basic MIM:

- 1 TBS Coconut oil
- 2 TBS Water
- Dash of vanilla
- 3 TBS Mix
- 1 TBS Truvia or 1/4th of a 1/4 tsp Stevia Extract powder
- up to a 1/4 cup Fresh or frozen berries of choice (optional)
- Chocolate MIM:
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 TBS Coconut oil
- 2 TBS Water
- Dash of vanilla
- 2 TBS plus 1 tsp mix
- 1 TBS Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 TBS Truvia or 1/3rd of a 1/4 tsp Stevia Extract powder
- up to a 1/4 cup optional berries of choice (fresh or frozen)
- Peanut Butter Cookie MIM (Version 1):
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 TBS Coconut oil
- 2 TBS Water
- 2 TBS Peanut Butter (smooth or chunky) or Sunflower sunbutter
- Dash of vanilla
- 3 TBS Mix
- 1 TBS Truvia or 1/4th of a 1/4 tsp Stevia Extract powder
- 1 to 2 tsp of erythritol (optional)
- Peanut Butter Cookie MIM (Version 2):
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 TBS Coconut oil
- 3 TBS Water
- Dash of vanilla
- 3 TBS Mix
- 2 TBS Peanut Butter flour or Sunflower flour/meal
- 1 TBS Truvia or 1/4th of a 1/4 tsp Stevia Extract powder
- 1 to 2 tsp of erythritol (optional)
- Lemon Blueberry MIM:
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 TBS Coconut oil
- Juice of one Lemon
- Dash of vanilla
- 3 to 5 drops Lemon EO or 1/2 tsp lemon extract
- 3 TBS Mix
- 1 TBS Truvia or 1/4th of a 1/4 tsp Stevia Extract powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
- up to a 1/4 cup Fresh or frozen Blueberries.
- NOTE: The zest of a 1/4 lemon is a nice addition to this muffin.
- Raspberries or cut strawberries make good subs for the blueberries.
Holiday Cranberry Coconut Flour Muffins

- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced

- 1/2 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- Juice of 1/2 lime
RANCH DRESSING MIX~THM

Ranch Dressing Mix that comes straight from herbs and spices is SO much tastier than the MSG laden packets
- Mini-Mix Test Batch:
- Yields about 1/4 c. of mix; enough for 2-4 cups of dressing or dip. Combine in a half pint (jelly) jar:
- 1 T of each of the following
- dried chives
- dried parsley
- garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of each of the following
- onion powder
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon each of
- pepper
- sugar (optional) or can sub 1 shakes stevia extract, or 1 t. ground Truvia
- Homemade Ranch Dressing Recipe In Bulk:
- Yields about 2 1/2 cups of unblended mix...but it's a little less bulky if you blend it. I keep some of mine in a shaker jar and the rest in a pint jar. Blend the following in a standard mouth quart jar:
