Applesauce-Glazed Pork Chops~Taste of Home

Preheat oven to 350°. Place pork chops in a 13x9-in
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick and 7 ounces each)
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- Burgers:
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb ground beef
- Carrot/Sweet Potato Pancake Buns:
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sweet potatoes (use a food processor!)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- Coconut oil for pan frying
One Minute Chocolate Cake in a Mug

- 1 tablespoon plus 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons spelt flour (or white, or Arrowhead Mills gf)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar or evaporated cane juice (edit: xylitol works as well)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 stevia packet (or 1 tablespoon more sugar)
- 2-3 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (Edit: many commenters have said it still tastes good if you sub applesauce or mashed banana. But I can’t personally vouch for the results if you make that substitution.)
- 3 tablespoons milk of choice (I used almond milk)
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cinnamon stick (broken in half)
- Orange Stevia - 5 drops or 1/4 tsp Orange Extract
- Liquid stevia – at least 10 – 15 drops
- Nutmeg

- Cottage Cheese, ricotta cheese, or yogurt in baked goods:
- Basic Substitutions
- For one cup dairy sub 1 TBS ACV and 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water (or on plan Fuel Pull milk)
- Eggs in baked goods:
- For 1 egg sub 1 TBS chia or flax meal w/3 TBS warm water. Let this sit and gel for a few min. Also add 1 tsp ACV per egg.
- Glucomannan:
- For 1 tsp Glucomannan sub 1 tsp Xanthan gum
- For 1 tsp Glucomannan sub 1 TBS Gelatin

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first four ingredients; add pork, Seal bag and turn to coat
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon thawed orange juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick and 7 ounces each)
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups… Inside Out!

Combine first three ingredients in a bowl, and stir well to form a paste
- Sugar-free Chocolate:
- 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter or PB2 (48g)
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil or cacao butter, melted (40g)
- 4 tsp pure maple syrup (20g)
- 2 tbsp (heaping) melted semi-sweet chocolate of choice, or Sugar-Free Chocolate (32g)
- mini cupcake liners or candy molds
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil (melted)
- NuNaturals vanilla stevia drops to taste (NuNaturals because I find other brands to have an aftertaste.)
- optional: extracts, cocoa nibs, or other add-ins
- optional: 1 extra tbsp oil or water, if it needs to be thinner
- (If you’d prefer to use a liquid sweetener, such as agave or pure maple syrup, use this ratio instead: 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1 tbsp of your liquid sweetener.)

- Need help figuring out how big a turkey to get? Butterball has a turkey calculator that helps you figure out just how many pounds you need. In general, plan for:
- 1 turkey, approx. 15 lbs.*
- Juice of a lemon
- Salt and pepper (*I use 2T salt,1t pepper,1t paprika)
- Olive oil or melted butter
- 1/2 yellow onion, peeled and quartered
- Tops and bottoms of a bunch of celery
- 2 carrots
- (*I also add 4 garlic cloves)
- Parsley
- Sprigs of fresh rosemary, thyme
- 12-15 lb turkey for 10-12 people
- 15-18 lb turkey for 14-16 people
- 18-22 lb turkey for 20-22 people
