- 1 cup vegetable stock

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey and Indian Spice blend until well integrated
- Indian Spice Blend (recipe yields 4 1/2 tbsp):
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon Indian Spice Blend (see below)
- Sprigs of fresh cilantro for garnish
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garam masala (I used curry powder)
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

- Whipped Chocolate Coconut Cream Frosting (or use THM Cream Cheese Frosting):
- 2 cups cooked quinoa*
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Earth Balance, melted (or butter) **THM use butter
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup white sugar (**THM use 1/3 cup + 2 Tbs Truvia)
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s Special Dark)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (13.5 ounce) can of full fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
- 1 (10 ounce) bag chocolate chips (must be THM acceptable)
Southern Strawberry Torte

This is my Strawberry version of the Taste of Home recipe for Southern Chocolate Torte~KC
- FROSTING:
- 1 package French Vanilla cake mix (regular size)
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- chopped strawberries (1 cup or so)
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- sliced strawberries
Baked Beans | Instant Pot®

1. Soak beans overnight in pot with cold water
- 1 lb. small white beans (sometimes called Navy beans, or Northern white beans)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- ground pepper
- 4 cups of water or more as needed to cover beans
- 2 tsp. salt (optional)
Chocolate Fudge Sauce--DF, Paleo

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a slow boil over a medium heat
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 1/4 cup Coconut Cream (can of coconut cream/milk left opened in the fridge overnight and the thickened cream used)
- Dash Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Paleo Recipe using pumpkin instead of sweet potatoes
- Step 1:
- 2 oz dark chopped chocolate
- 3 Tbsp full-fat coconut milk- put extra coconut milk in container and store in frig
- 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Step 2:
- 3 Tbsp arrowroot starch
- 1/4 cup coconut flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch sea salt

- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs, whisked
