Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Heat oven to 425. Spray 2-quart casserole or 8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups seasoned diced, cooked chicken
- 1 bag (1 lb) frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 jar (2 oz) diced pimentos, drained
- 1 pouch (7.75 oz) cheese-garlic biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives, if desired
Zesty Potatoes with Sour Cream & Chives

Combine all ingredients in a medium or large ziploc zip'n'steam bag
- 4 medium potatoes cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives
- Sour cream, optional
Fruity Waffle Bowls

Prepare pudding according to package directions except use 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 4-serving size pkg instant lemon or white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/3 cups fat-free milk
- 1 cup fresh fruit (blueberries, sliced kiwi, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, raspberries)
- 4 waffle ice cream bowls
Cheesy Potatoes

In a large Dutch oven, combine potatoes and water to cover
- 6 medium baking potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup cubed processed cheese
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tsp baking soda
