  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg milk-chocolate English toffee bits

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Combine sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking soda and salt. Beat, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Stir in toffee bits by hand. Drop dough by rounded spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
