Pre-heat oven to 350°F. In 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, brown meat; drain
- 1 lb italian sausage
- 1 16 oz spaghetti, 8 oz marinara
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 container (15 oz ) ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 9 pieces Lasagna, uncooked

- 3/4 C chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1/4 C Milk

Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- +2 tablespoons ground dried rosemary
- +2 tablespoons rubbed dried sage
- +2 tablespoons dried thyme leaves
- +1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- +1 tablespoon salt
- +1 (15 pound) whole turkey, neck and giblets removed
- +2 stalks celery, chopped
- +1 orange, cut into wedges
- +1 onion, chopped
- +1 carrot, chopped
- +1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
- +1 (750 milliliter) bottle champagne
Egg & Bacon {Or Sausage} Breakfast Casserole

Instructions Cook bacon or sausage and drain well
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage or bacon
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 6 slices white bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 large box cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Milk until creamy

Cheeseburger Rice

- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

- 2 medium potatoes - diced (hashbrowns??)
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tb veg oil
- 1 ts salt
- 12 large eggs
- 1/4 c whole milk
- 2 T butter
- 1 1/2 c jack cheese
- 12 tortillas
Pumpkin Greek Yogurt Muffins

10 muffins, 2 points each
- 1/3 cup greek 0% yogurt, plain, vanilla or pumpkin flavor will work
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white (I use liquid egg whites)
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 medium mashed banana
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 1 cup flour
Garlic Mushroom and Zucchini Pasta with Shrimp

- 1-1/4 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz gluten-free spaghetti
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup packed basil, chopped
- juice from 1/2 lemon
