CREAMY PARMESAN PEPPERCORN DRESSING

Combine all ingredients in Measure, Mix, Pour or Small Batter Bowl
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) fresh grated Parmesan cheese
COFFEEHOUSE CARAMEL-DARK CHOCOLATE LATTE COOKIE

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons hot caramel ice cream topping
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons dark roast instant coffee granules
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups (9 ounces) dark chocolate chips
BEER CHEESE SOUP

Simmer 2 cups broth and potato in a small saucepan
- 4 1/2 4 1/2 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth, divided
- 1 1/4 cups peeled Yukon gold potato (about 10 ounces)

- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 1/2 cup finely diced carrot
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat extrasharp cheddar cheese

- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 12-ounce can beer
- freshly ground black pepper
GLAZED KIELBASA

Place sausage in a 3-qt. slow cooker; sprinkle with brown sugar
- 3 pounds smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1-inch chunks (turkey sausage can also be used)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups ginger ale
TAMALE PIE

In a 2-1/2 qt. microwave-safe dish, combine beef, sausage, onion and garlic
- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ pound bulk pork sausage
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, drained 1/3 cup milk
- 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1 1/2 chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 pkg (8.5 oz) corn bread/muffin mix Paprika
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
CHEDDAR CORN CHOWDER (excellent)

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained or 1-1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
ITALIAN DRESSING

- 1/2 cup balsamic or white wine vinegar
- 2 pressed garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegetable or olive oil
TOMATO-BEAN STEW

In 3 ½ to 4 quart crock pot combine all ingredients except tomatoes and sugar; mix well
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 8 oz. (1 1/4 cups) dried bean blend, sorted, rinsed
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups water
- 1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel sweet corn, undrained
- 1 (1 1/4 oz) pkg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 (28-oz) can peeled whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up
- 2 tsps sugar

- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, divided

- 1 cup packed brown sugar
