In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 Tbsps baking cocoa, divided
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups hot water
- Whipped cream or ice cream, optional
FLUFFY LEMON SQUARES

In a small bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, pecans and butter; set aside 1/4 cup for topping
- 1-1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers (about 45 wafers)
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans

- 2 packages (3 ounces each) lemon gelatin

- 1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 to 4 pounds)
- 1-1/2 cups ketchup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 12 kaiser rolls, split

SAM CHAMPION'S MEATLOAF

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 large egg
- ¾ of a 10 ¾-ounce can of Campbell’s Tomato Soup
- 1 cup Ritz Crackers (finely ground into crumbs)
- 1 ¾ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 ½ cups finely diced onion
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
SLOW COOKER BEEF STROGANOFF

Place the beef in the bottom of a slow cooker, and season with salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 pounds top round steak, cut into strips

- 1 (8 ounce) can canned mushrooms
- 1/4 cup water
