PARTY SHRIMP

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
SWEET POTATO PECAN PIE

On a lightly floured surface, roll out pastry to fit a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate
- 1 sheet refrigerated pie pastry
- 2 cans (15 3/4 oz each) sweet potatoes, drained

- 1 cup packed brown, sugar, divided
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2/3 cup light corn syrup

- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1/4 cup white wine or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup minced fresh basil
- 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli spears, partially thawed and cut in half
- 2 cups diagonally sliced carrots
- 1 cup diagonally sliced green onions
- 1 can (8 oz) bamboo shoots, drained

Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper till meat is brown and onion is tender
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 – 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 2 – 12 oz. cans tomato paste
- 1 – 7 1/2 oz. can olives, drained and sliced
- 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
- 3 cups water
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
CHILI - LARGE RECIPE

- 2 30-oz cans kidney beans, drained

- 6 Tbsps mild Hatch chili powder
- 4 Tbsps medium Hatch red chile powder

- 1-2 Tbsps beef bouillon
- 3 tsps cumin
- 2 29-oz cans tomato sauce
ITALIAN STYLE PORK CHOPS
