VEGGIE POTATO SOUP

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 10 ingredients
- 3 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) vegetable broth
- 6 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 large leek (white portion only), chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
MOCHA FONDUE

In a heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, butter, cream, coffee and salt
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbsps strong brewed coffee
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 eggs yolks, beaten
- Cubed pound cake, sliced bananas and fresh strawberries and pineapple chunks
EASY PARMESAN GARLIC CHICKEN

1. PREHEAT oven to 400. Mix cheese, salad dressing mix and garlic powder
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing and Recipe Mix

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
