SHRIMP PENNE W/GARLIC SAUCE FOR 2

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 cup uncooked penne pasta
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning

Make enough of either sauce to cover how ever much chicken you’re cooking
- OR:

- 1/3 Soup (one can Cream of Chicken, Cream of Celery, or Cream of Mushroom Soup)
- 1/3 Sour Cream (fill soup can with sour cream – or guess)
- 1/3 Wine (fill soup can with wine)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can Soup
- ½ soup can milk

SHAKER SPICE COOKIE

In mixing bowl combine oil, sugar, molasses and egg
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsps baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 12 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
BROCCOLI, TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA STROMBOLI

I love this meal. It is soooo yummy!
- 1 pound pizza dough, thawed if frozen
- All-purpose flour, for work surface
- 1 package (1 pound) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella (6 ounces)
- 2 ounces thinly sliced Genoa salami, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

Place each piece of chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap
- 4 (4 oz) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 (1-ounce) slices ham, halved
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cornflakes cereal, crushed
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup skim milk
TACO BAKE

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- ¾ cup water
- 1 package (1-1/4 ounces) taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 package (8 ounces) shell macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions Preheat oven at 350 degrees F
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil

1. In a 6-qt. stockpot, heat butter over medium heat; saute onion and garlic until tender, 6-8 minutes
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 8 ounces)
- 1 large carrot, finely chopped
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water or additional chicken stock
- 2-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 small round bread loaves (about 8 ounces each), optional

In a large saucepan, cook the sausage, onion and garlic in oil over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound bulk Ground Sausage (turkey, or beef)
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (6 ounces) Italian tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- Hot cooked pasta of your choice
