- 2 - 3 oz. pkgs. of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 12 oz. container of cool whip
- Toasted pecans
Paella

- 2 medium, ripe tomatoes
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled & deveined with tails on
- 1 teaspoon La Dalia Sweet Smoked Paprika
- 6 oz Imperial Chorizo, cut into cubes & rounds
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 generous pinch saffron threads
- 2 cups paella rice, Valencia or Bomba (Arborio also works well and may be easier to find)
- 4 cups shrimp stock
- 1 1/2 dozen Manila clams
- 2 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges for serving
