Lemon Sugar Cookie Bars

For the bars: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Sugar cookie crust:
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Cup butter at room temperature
- 2 Cups all purpose flour
- Lemon cheesecake:
- 8 Ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons lemon zest divided
- 1/2 Cup sugar
Slow Cooker Buttery Bacon Green Beans

Stir brown sugar, garlic, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne in a large bowl and mix until combined
- 4 (14.5 ounce) cans or fresh green beans, drained and rinsed
- 12 slices thickly-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt

Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

Preheat the oven to 350F. In a medium skillet sauté the diced onion & peppers in oil until tender & soft
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped small
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 1/2 cup mushrooms chopped (optional) family loves them I hate them
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup bread crumbs (regular, italian style or panko)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Adobo seasoning
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 8 slices of mozzarella OR provolone cheese (i used mozz) (Thick CUT)

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Cake Mix Chocolate Fudge
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
- 1 jar (12 oz) chocolate fudge topping
- 1 box (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo™ chocolate creme sandwich cookies, crushed
Pepper Jack Chicken Cream Cheese Wontons

In large food processor add cream cheese, Pepper Jack, garlic powder, onion powder, green onions and cooked chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese (1 box)
- 1 1/2 cups Pepper Jack cheese grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 green onions sliced
- 1 cup finely diced COOKED chicken
- 1 package wonton wrappers (12 ounce)
- Vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
Whiskey Butter Pork Chops with Corn

1 Rub pork chops with salt and pepper
- 4 bone-in pork rib chops (2 lb)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
- 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) whole kernel sweet corn
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil leaves

1) Select a pie pan whose inside top dimension is at least 9", and whose height is at least 1 1/4"
- Crust
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- *While it isn't traditional, add 1/3 to 1/2 cup (1 1/4 to 1 7/8 ounces) toasted coconut to the crushed cracker crumbs, if desired.
- Filling
- grated rind of 1 medium lime, about 3 tablespoons, not packed
- 3 large egg yolks
- 14 -ounce can sweetened condensed milk (1 1/4 cups)
- 2/3 cup bottled Key Lime juice OR freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon lime oil, optional

Preheat the oven to 250°F/120°C and place an oven rack in the middle of your oven
- 3 – 4 pounds of pork baby back ribs
- kosher salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- Spice Rub
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoon paprika, sweet or smoked
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- BBQ Sauce
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste (optional)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons mustard or 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 3 Tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
Slow Cooker Lasagna

- 1 10-inch 6 to 8 in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, basil and salt.
- 2 1 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and the ricotta and Parmesan cheeses. (Refrigerate remaining mozzarella cheese while lasagna cooks.)
- 4 4 to 6 on Low heat setting 4 to 6 hours or until noodles are tender.
- 5 1 10 of lasagna with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover and let stand about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into pieces.
