This is a very easy bread recipe for a bread machine
- 7/8 cup water
- 1 1/4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
- 1 1/4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/3-2/3 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Jalapeño Popper Chicken

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place chicken breast in a greased 9X13 casserole dish
- 6 thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs chicken)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 slices thick bacon
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- salt and pepper, to taste

- 3/2 pounds chicken parts (your choice of cuts)

Chinese Fried Rice

This Chinese fried rice has the flavor those other recipes are missing
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (or more eggs if you like)
- 3 drops soy sauce
- 3 drops sesame oil
- 8 ounces cooked lean boneless pork or 8 ounces chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot (very small)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 4 cups cold cooked rice, grains separated (preferably medium grain)
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce (add more if you like)

- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup flour

Grilled Salmon with Herb and Meyer Lemon Compound Butter

In a small bowl, combine the butter, zest, herbs and garlic
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 2 Meyer lemons, zested
- 1/2 bunch dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch thyme, picked and finely chopped (lemon thyme is even better)
- 1 small clove garlic, smashed and finely chopped

Kittencal's Moist Cheddar-Garlic Oven Fried Chicken Breast

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter an 11 x 7-inch pan (if using more than 4 breasts use a larger pan)
