- 6 tablespoons Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter

- 3 tablespoons finely minced yellow onion
- 4 teaspoons Hickory Flavor liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
