- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- === GRILLED PRAWNS ===
- 18 prawns size - (16/20) -- peeled, deveined,
- and skewered with 3 prawns per skewer
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup sherry

Asian Honey-Tea Grilled Shrimp

In a plastic bag, combine tea, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and pepper, to make marinade
- 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp -- peeled, deveined
- Salt -- to taste
- 2 green onions -- thinly sliced
- 1 cup brewed double-strength orange spice tea -- cooled
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Orange-Glazed Pork Chops

- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup finely-chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 6 pork loin chops, 1" thick

- 2 cups freshly-cooked corn kernels
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion such as Vidalia

- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
